1. Ingredient Transparency & Safety

All Indulge In A Scent body products (including lotions and oils) are formulated with ingredients that have been substantiated for safety for their intended use. We source our ingredients from reputable suppliers and follow industry-standard manufacturing practices to ensure the purity and quality of every batch.

2. Adverse Event Reporting (MoCRA Compliance)

In compliance with MoCRA, Indulge In A Scent has established a formal process for receiving and investigating reports of adverse events related to our products.

    •    What is an Adverse Event? An adverse event is any health-related event associated with the use of a cosmetic product (e.g., a localized skin rash or irritation).

    •    Serious Adverse Events: As required by law, we will report any “serious adverse event” (as defined by the FDA) to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration within 15 business days of becoming aware of the incident.

3. Facility & Product Registration

We monitor FDA registration and listing requirements closely. As a small business, we maintain up-to-date records of our product formulations and facility information to ensure full compliance with MoCRA’s biennial registration and annual product listing updates where applicable.

4. Cosmetic vs. Drug Claims

Our products are intended for cosmetic use only—to cleanse, beautify, and promote a sense of well-being through scent and texture. We do not make medical or therapeutic claims. Our products are not “drugs” and are not intended to treat or cure any medical conditions.
