Hi, I’m Shanika Ward — founder of Indulge In A Scent, mom of two, and someone who understands what it means to carry a lot while still trying to pour into yourself.

Why I Started This

This business was born from my own journey. Between working a 9-to-5, managing an autoimmune disease, and showing up for my family, I know how easy it is to put yourself last.

Candles and calming scents became my way to slow down — even if just for a moment. That small shift changed everything.

Now, I handcraft self-care products for real life — the kind that bring calm to your space, lift your mood, and remind you that you matter, too.

Each product is made with care, clean ingredients, and a whole lot of heart — because you deserve more than a to-do list. You deserve moments of peace.
