1. Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping time

3-7 days after your order has shipped. In the summertime. I will ship Monday-Wednesday due to the heat. If you place a order on Wednesday after 1:00pm your order will ship out the following Monday. Once the package is scanned by the post office Indulge in A Scent has no control over how long the package will take and arrive. Indulge in A Scent is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

3. Shipment confirmation & Order Tracking

You receive a Shipment Confirmation email once you have shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages

Indulge In a Scent is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Return Process: To return your item, please email customer service at [email protected]. 6. Refunds

7. shipping return

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you use a tracking number for your return
